Sales Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join the team at Soper of Lincoln.
The hours of work are 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday.
The candidate should have strong attention to detail with exceptional interpersonal skills.
We have a new paperless system – mStore which needs to be maintained and always kept up to date
Salary ranging from £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities
· Invoice vehicle transactions
· Maintain vehicle stock records in a timely manner
· Maintain stock files to the required standards
· Ensure all information required to tax vehicles are received in time to allow for handover
· Ensure all government tax procedures are adhered to
· Complete warranty documents for Used Cars
Person Specification
Essential
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong administration skills
Desirable
· Sales administration experience within the automotive industry
