Overall satisfied however a little disappointed that upon purchasing my vehicle the finance on my older vehicle was not cancelled by dealership. They then tried imply it was my fault for not informing the finance company myself!.

I was a little bit disappointed that the technician didn't put a seat cover on my seat so he could of got oil on it and i wouldn't of noticed being black seats. Also when the technician did a video around the vehicle he talked so fast to start with

Was promised an update on progress on my vehicle - never happened. Was promised a video report - never sent until after I'd collected the car. Asked to speak to someone when I picked the car up - all too busy.
