Charlotte and Sid were both very good. Attentive and helpful made the experience smooth and enjoyable. The only thing I would note is that the hand over experience could have been a bit more special. A designated handover bay may help this!

As above. Ie answer to question 1. Purchase was very simple to do. Collection of vehicle also was very easy & vehicle ready on date & agreed collection time. Also car was in showroom under cover which was a nice thought for purchasers. Great service.

I am not sure why my speed camera/ detector was disconnected and the unit hidden away in the centre armrest when it was not even plugged into the cigarette lighter socket anyway it is just held in place with velcro strips but these were ripped off??

Very impersonal service from BMW. I didn't like not being offered the opportunity to speak with a service advisor before or after the car was serviced. Just being given a code to retrieve your key from the box was unexpected. Very disappointing BMW!

On my second visit for the retest, I check my can in on the online checking in service and requested a tyre balancing in the app/check in part and this again was not carried out. My husband who bought my can in asked for the valuation again.

I sat in the lounge area with a coffee. At 10.00 am, the outside door opened and the sales team removed one vehicle and drove another in to take its place. The door was left open with the outside temperature being below zero. Not a clever idea!

All good apart from BMW Assist.They we're supposed to come out to sort Enterprize hire car as key fob battery was dead.They said between 9am and 11am on Sunday the10th November.Nobody came and left me in the lurch till Monday when Enterprize opened.

Excellent.but please explore options: 1 - vehicle pick up service 2 - courtesy car. Many other competitors offer these and they are extremely useful, especially if you live half an our or so away (as I do).

The 'BMW tax' charged on parts is excessive. I needed four new tyres for my car. I was offerd one tyre choice a Michelin Primacy at £188 each. I declined. I founfd the Michlines locally for £146 each, saving £168 Contis £117 each,saving £284. BAD.

BMW app was not updated either, so we now have to contact them again to rectify. We always have to get something sorted again after a service as they forget something each time. In relation to the price we pay I feel we are getting a poor service.

My visit was due to a callback for engine coolant. I had to wait a month for an appointment. I asked if it was urgent as a notification showed when I started my car, I was told not to worry unless I saw fluid dripping. It didn't inspire confidence.

The x5 was booked in for a ERG replacement after I received a warning on my car screen from BMW. I was given a loan car with no fuel in it and with a dirty windscreen. On picking up my car 8 hrs later I found no repairs had been completed.

I left the vehicle with you for the day and spent the day in Lincoln as I live 20 miles away. I went back the dealership at about 4pm but finally got my car back at almost 6pm. Aimee promised to bring me the keys as soon as ready but went home!

Car was booked in for 8am MOT appointment but it took until around 11:30 for this to be completed. Quite a lot longer than expected for something that should have only taken around 1 hour max. Facilities were made available but still took too long

I reported a vibration with my car, rather than charging me for diagnosing it was included in the road test after service, tech was unable to feel the vibration and suggested it may be the tyres.

Soper told me that one of the tyres was punctured and needed replacing for around £185. My local tyre shop inspected the tyre and found a small fragment of nail 2mm in size which had only just pierced the outer wall and not the inner. The Tyre was ok

Overall satisfied however a little disappointed that upon purchasing my vehicle the finance on my older vehicle was not cancelled by dealership. They then tried imply it was my fault for not informing the finance company myself!.
