Excellent.but please explore options: 1 - vehicle pick up service 2 - courtesy car. Many other competitors offer these and they are extremely useful, especially if you live half an our or so away (as I do).

The 'BMW tax' charged on parts is excessive. I needed four new tyres for my car. I was offerd one tyre choice a Michelin Primacy at £188 each. I declined. I founfd the Michlines locally for £146 each, saving £168 Contis £117 each,saving £284. BAD.
