BMW & MINI Parts Advisor

Salary £28,000 basic with OTE of £32,000 (uncapped)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join the team at Soper of Lincoln.

The hours of work are between 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00-13:00 Saturday (on a rota basis)

The Parts Advisor will supply parts to both public and trade customers, as well as the internal workshop.

The candidate should be a highly motivated individual with previous experience and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

· Organise vehicle parts sales to meet customer and internal requirements

· Maximise sales volumes and margins

· Identify customer parts requirements

· Maintain parts stock and stock records

· Process parts orders efficiently

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

· Promote parts and accessory sales

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

· Ensure parts stock holding is kept to a minimum

Person Specification

Essential

· A UK driving license

· Previous Parts department experience

Desirable

· Knowledgeable in vehicle layout, parts catalogues and computer stock lists
